Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Crock Pot Pulled Pork– This recipe has a simple but DELICIOUS twist on classic pulled pork with this special ingredient!
- Side Dish:
- Broccoli Slaw– homemade is so easy and SO DELISH!
- Easy Pasta Salad– Make double if you want to take it for lunch throughout the week
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Mexican Chicken Casserole– This casserole can literally be in the oven in 10 minutes and is the perfect fix for that Mexican craving.
- Side Dish:
- Tortillas
- Chips and Salsa
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Hawaiian Steak– Make this on the grill or in a cast iron pan. The flavors are amazing!
- Side Dish:
- Oven Roasted Vegetables– you will not believe how delicious these are!!!
- Smashed Potatoes– My FAVORITE way to make potatoes
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Buffalo Chicken in the Crockpot– Perfect for piling in a sandwich, or keep it lighter by making a bowl and serving over rice, quinoa, or lettuce.
- Side Dish:
- Oven Roasted Asparagus
- Veggies and Blue Cheese dressing – Cut up carrots, celery, tomatoes, or any veggie you love. Pair it with blue cheese or ranch
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Crockpot Loaded Baked Potato Soup– This dish is a Fall favorite! You can make a fun meal by preparing the soup, then making a bunch of topping options and letting everyone dress their own bowl. It is the perfect meal for family or a crowd.

- Side Salad with Ranch
- Side:
- Dessert – Cornflake cookies– If you have never made cookies with cornflakes, you are missing out. WARNING: These are super addictive!
APPETIZER
Layered Greek Dip– I absolutely love this dish. It is the perfect combo of delicious and healthy!
