Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – French Onion Meatballs– All the classic flavors of delicious French onion soup in a super hearty, family friendly, ONE PAN dinner! These meatballs have so much flavor and are surprisingly easy to make.
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes– our #1 for this recipe! I like the meatballs right on top.
- Garlic Bread– our favorite recipe, and many agree… it IS THE BEST!
- Roasted Vegetable Medley– These are the perfect healthy side dish.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Stuffed Poblano Peppers– This is one of my favorites! Tangy peppers stuffed with cheese, chicken, black beans and corn. So much flavor, a little different than the norm, but quick to make!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Rice– This one pan recipe is our FAVORITE!
- Sautéed Peppers and Onions– This is one of my favorite quick and healthy sides. As a bonus I love to make extra so I can keep it in the fridge to pop into wraps, and salads through the week.
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Skillet Strip Steak with garlic butter– A quick and easy way to make steak a weeknight dinner. You can save the leftovers for an easy delicious dinner on Friday.
- Side Dish:
- Parmesan Ranch Smashed Potatoes– This recipe is one that is hard to stop eating. The crispy edges and crazy flavor is just too good!
- Roasted Green Beans– The classic way. Simple and delicious!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Crock Pot Tuscan Chicken Soup – Let the slow cooker do the work for this simple and super yummy soup. Velvety broth with tender chicken, spinach, sun dried tomatoes makes the most amazingly delicious.
- Sides:
- Pesto Cheese Bread– This is a tasty twist on classic garlic bread and goes especially well with this soup!
- Side salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette– A quick side salad is easy, and this homemade balsamic vinaigrette is so simple to make and a recipe people always rave about!
- Baked potato
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Steak Fried Rice– Use the leftovers from Wednesday to start this easy Friday meal. This steak fried rice is one of the top rated recipes by my readers! You definitely don’t feel like you are eating leftovers.
- Side:
- Garlic Green Beans
- Spring rolls
- Cucumber Salad
- Side:
- Dessert – Cornflake Cookies– These are the cookies I am known for. It may seem a little odd, but the cornflakes make these cookies irresistible!!
APPETIZER
- BBQ Chicken Drumsticks– These can be a hearty appetizer or a light meal. The one thing that is certain is that they disappear quickly because they are so tasty!
