Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – 3 Cheese Chicken– This dish creamy cheesy, and Oh so delicious! Best part? You won’t believe how easy it is to make!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Parmesan Broccoli– This roasted broccoli is our favorite way to eat it.
- Italian Tortellini Salad– quick, easy and leftovers make great lunches for the week!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Mexican Beef and Rice– This quick one dish meal has lots of great Mexican flavors. The best part is topping it off just how you like it!
- Side Dish:
- Toppings – A drizzle of this jalapeno ranch is one of my favorites, also try sour cream, cheese, salsa, guacamole, extra cheese, pico de gallo etc.
- Tortillas
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Creamy Tomato Soup– This is one of my all time favorite recipes! It is so easy, but incredibly delicious! I have even had people say that they don’t like tomato soup, but they like THIS soup!
- Side Dish:
- Grilled cheese– make them whole, or cut into small squares and sprinkle on top of the soup!
- White Chocolate Chai Latte– The perfect treat to enjoy after dinner!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: BBQ Chicken – This super simple marinade makes awesome BBQ chicken on the grill or stovetop.
- Sides:
- Southern Squash Casserole– This is a classic and makes squash cheesy and delicious!
- Cucumber Tomato Salad– a light, healthy and easy recipe that goes great with BBQ chicken.
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Crockpot Pineapple Chicken– This recipe works great with chicken or pork to make an easy Asian inspired meal.
- Side:
- Rice
- Shredded cabbage- use coleslaw mix for a short cut.
- Yum yum sauce or spicy Japanese mayo
- Side:
- Dessert – Cinnamon Swirl Cake– The secret ingredient in this recipe makes it the most tender and flavorful cake ever! MUST TRY!
APPETIZER
- Greek Layer Dip– Make this on a big platter or do it in individual cups to make it easier to serve.
