Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Blackened Fish– This is probably one of the fastest dinners we make, not to mention how delicious and even healthy it is! It is hard to believe you can make something so good so quickly!
- Side Dish:
- Cajun Roasted Vegetables – These are fast and oh, so delicious.
- Garlic Smashed Red Potatoes– We like angel hair or penne pasta
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Taco Casserole– All your favorite Mexican flavors in just one dish. My kids LOVE this recipe!
- Side Dish:
- Side salad – Top it with this amazing jalapeno ranch dressing
- Cilantro Lime Rice – Tastes just like Chipotle!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Steak Fried Rice– This recipe always gets RAVE reviews. A family favorite, it combines steak, rice and veggies in the most delicious way!
- Side Dish:
- Japanese Spicy Mayo– Use this to drizzle on top if you like a kick!
- Yum Yum Sauce– Drizzle this on top if you want no spice!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Baked Caesar Chicken – One dish and packed with flavor. This chicken nearly melts in your mouth!
- Sides:
- Mashed Potatoes– These are made EXTRA creamy and delicious!
- Baked Asparagus– Perfect for a light and flavorful side dish. The flavor goes amazingly well with Caesar!
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad– Even my not so salad loving kids love this dish. Not only is it delicious, but extra hearty from the pasta. Use the leftover chicken from Thursday to give this dish a super fast start.
- Side:
- Garlic Bread – This is our FAVORITE recipe!
- Pesto Roasted Veggies– Fresh, simple, and delicious.
- Side:
- Dessert – Cranberry Christmas Cake– I just saw the first cranberries at the store and am so excited to make this cake! We eat it for breakfast throughout the week too!
APPETIZER
- Crockpot Party Meatballs– These are a classic and there are a couple of variations to give you a favorite too.
