Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – LOADED Santa Fe Chicken– So much flavor and so little work! This is how dinner should be!
  • Side Dish:
    • Mexican Style Rice – One pan and always a hit!
    • Green Chile Cornbread– this stuff is SO DELICIOUS!! 

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: 3 Ingredient Crock Pot Tacos– It doesn’t get much easier than this! I usually make an extra big batch and then freeze half and use it in the next week or two for an easy meal!
  • Side Dish:
    • Hard and soft taco shells – Throw out a variety of options and let everyone make their own!
    • Sautéed Onions and Peppers – Tastes just like your fav Mexican restaurant!

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Cajun Butter Steak–  This steak always has RAVE reviews! It is a quick one pan meal, but it does have a little kick!
  • Side Dish:
    • Mashed Potatoes– This recipe is super simple and extra creamy
    • Baked Vegetables– The classic way. Simple and delicious!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Brown Butter Spinach & Tortellini  – I love this one pan meal because not only is it probably one of the fastest meals I make, but it is SO GOOD! (I mean brown butter and pasta- how can you not devour this!)
    • Sides:
      • Italian House Salad with Balsamic Dressing– The dressing is my go-to for so many years! It takes minutes to make and makes the salad out of this world!
      • Pesto Cheese Bread– A family favorite!

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: Loaded Chicken Cobb Salad– You can use leftover or rotisserie chicken to make this gourmet style salad fast. You can choose your favorite dressing to go along with it: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Creamy Italian, Red Wine Vinaigrette, Buttermilk Ranch, or Lemon Vinaigrette!
    • Side:
      • Crusty bread
  • Dessert – Oatmeal Raisin Cookies- I promise these are the BEST you will ever have!

APPETIZER

  • Green Chile Cheddar Dip– Grab these with a bag of chips and you have the beginning of a delicious day.
