Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – 15 min Chicken Fried Rice– Nothing is easier than this meal on a busy night. Plus, everyone in the family cleans their plate. A great meal and a winning combo!
- Side Dish:
- Sautéed Green Beans – These are fast, easy and super yummy.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Slow Cooker Chipotle Chicken– This can cook away all day, then turn into the most amazing and flavorful tacos.
- Side Dish:
- Black Beans
- Guacamole and Pico de Gallo– to top the tacos off right!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Cheeseburger Pasta– One of my most popular recipes, this dish combines comforting pasta with lean ground beef and a rich cheddar cheese sauce for a family approved dinner!
- Side Dish:
- Broccoli Salad with Bacon– This recipe is super simple and extra creamy
- Cajun Roasted Veggies– One of my favorite ways to make veggies, these have so much flavor and are gobbled up every time!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Monterey Chicken Bake – Layers of bacon, BBQ sauce and cheese cover tender chicken as it bakes to perfection. You will not want to miss this one dish wonder recipe!
- Sides:
- EXTRA creamy mashed potatoes– So easy to make! These are secret family recipe!
- Garlic Roasted Broccoli– Classic flavors for a delicious side dish,
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Club Quesadillas– Use the leftovers from Thursday to start this easy Friday meal. Chop the chicken and bacon and layer it inside a tortilla with some extra cheese. Grill each side to perfection on the stovetop, then once golden remove it from the stovetop and top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
- Side:
- Veggies with Ranch dip
- Chips and salsa– this is my favorite super fast, homemade salsa recipe
- Side:
- Dessert – Cornflake cookies– If you have never tried these, you need to! The texture and flavor is so unique, AND ADDICTING! I bet you can’t eat just one!
APPETIZER
- Taco Layer Dip– Not going to lie… this dip is so good, we sometimes make it for dinner during the summer months.
