Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Easy Chicken Florentine– This dish brings together chicken and spinach, all in a rich and creamy sauce. All of the flavors of the classic, made easier and baked in just one dish!
- Side Dish:
- Oven Roasted Veggies – These are quick and easy, and crazy delicious!
- Pesto Cheese Bread- A fun new twist on garlic bread!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Taco Casserole– One of our most popular recipes lately, this casserole has all the delicious flavor of chicken tacos in a fraction of the time. BONUS- make it as big as you want if you need to feed a crowd!
- Side Dish:
- Chips and salsa – I love to make a big batch of this easy blender salsa and then freeze half of it!
- Mexican Rice – with just one pan you can have restaurant style mexican rice!!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Lasagna Skillet– This skillet meal is packed with a hearty meat sauce and a delicious cheesy topping. So much goodness packed all into one easy meal!
- Side Dish:
- Side salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette– Everyone raves about this dressing, it really makes the salad (and of course is SO easy!)
- Baked Asparagus– The classic way. Simple and delicious!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Grilled Pork Chops – This recipe comes from my fried Julie at Taste Of Lizzy T. She has some of the best down home recipes and this one is perfect for this warm summer weather!
- Sides:
- Baked Potatoes– Go crazy with as many toppings as you would like!
- Broccoli Salad (with bacon of course!)– This easy summer salad can be made ahead of time and just gets tastier as it sits!
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Lasagna Zucchini Boats– Make this with your leftovers from Wednesday. Slice small zucchini squash in half and hollow out the seeds. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder over the zucchini then fill each boat with Skillet Lasagna. Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the zucchini is tender.
- Side:
- Tomato Mozzarella salad– This salad is as simple as can be but so good and full of flavor!
- Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli– Not your average broccoli!!
- Side:
- Dessert – Lemon Meltaway Cookies– If you haven’t made these yet, it is time! So good and perfect for summer!
APPETIZER
- Layered Greek Dip– This no cook dip is quick to put together and one of my personal all time favorites. It disappears from parties and requires absolutely no cooking!
