There’s nothing like a fresh tomato salad on a warm summer night. This Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad is the perfect mixture of SWEET and SAVORY. I could eat this whole salad by myself. This salad is LOADED with fresh flavors like basil, mozzarella, and balsamic. This salad is even better the second day after the flavors have marinated overnight.

One thing I love about this salad…. well there is lots of things…. but I love how easy it is to make. This recipe is super simple to make, but PACKED with flavor.
The salad reminds of caprese, but in salad form. I got the inspiration from an Italian restaurant while I was eating caprese. I wanted to create a fresh quick salad to through together that encompassed all those delicious flavors I love.
