Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – One Dish Greek Chicken– There are so many great flavors packed into one easy to make meal! Serve it with pita bread and enjoy!
- Side Dish:
- Pita Bread
- Greek Salad– this are one of the quickest sides I make and perfect for a side for these meatballs!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Crockpot Southwest Chicken– This easy slow cooker recipe is loaded with veggies and southwest flavor for a super quick to prep dinner. You can serve it with rice, or use it to make tacos, enchiladas, burritos and more!
- Side Dish:
- Chips and Salsa
- Mexican Rice
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Baked Chicken Parmesan– This is the easiest and most delicious way to make the classic dish! Plus baking gives it a healthier twist.
- Side Dish:
- Pasta
- Roasted Asparagus
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Southwest Chicken Nachos– The kids will totally think they won for this dinner, but really it is packed with more veggies than my kids normally eat in multiple meals! Top chips with leftover southwest chicken. Add cheese and bake at 425˚F for 10-15 minutes. Top nachos with pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream. Enjoy!
- Side Dish:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Garlic Steak Bites– This easy recipe makes your Friday feel fancy but takes just minutes to make! If you love steak, this one’s for you.
- Side:
- Cucumber Tomato Salad– Perfect classic recipe
- Side:
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Energy Balls– This yummy recipe is more of a snack than a dessert, but it is perfect to keep on hand when the schedule is busy and you need something easy to snack on when you are on the go!!
APPETIZER
- Layered Greek Dip – One of my all time favorites and perfect to serve with the Greek Chicken on Monday or for a holiday party or potluck… YUM!
