Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Homestyle Turkey Bean Soup– The absolute best recipe to make with leftover turkey. It is warm, delicious, and the perfect cozy meal. If you don’t have turkey you can make this with rotisserie chicken too!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – Perfect for soaking up every last drop of soup.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Mexican Shredded Beef– Perfect for making tacos, burrito bowls, tostadas and makes enough to have leftovers — great for reheating for lunch!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Roasted Veggies – These are super simple and an absolutely delicious way to bulk up the meal.
- Cilantro Lime Rice Rice – Tastes just like Chipotle!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Panko Chicken with Honey Drizzle– This is so good we put it on repeat!! Best part- it can be done in 20 minutes.
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes– This recipe is super simple and extra creamy
- Garlic Parmesan Broccoli– Broccoli the BEST way. Simple and delicious!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Big Mac Skillet – Comfort food without the guilt! This dish gives you all the flavor of a Big Mac, but made in a skillet at home in minutes. You can eat it as a salad (like me!) or on a bun (like my kids) so it is customizable for each person.
- Sides:
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes– Get the flavor of french fries in these oven baked potatoes!
- Veggies and Ranch– These are great to snack on before the main meal or give a little extra wholesome boost to the dinner.

FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Mexican Beef Quesadillas– Use the shredded beef (from Tuesday), getting as much of the juices out as possible. Toss with shredded cheddar or pepper jack jack cheese. Heat a griddle pan or large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, melt 1/2 tbsp of butter on the pan. Place a large tortilla in the pan and fill half of it with the shredded beef and cheese mixture. Fold the tortilla over and grill until golden brown on each side. Optional: mix in onions, bell pepper, corn, or green chiles to the meat. Top with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.

- Dessert – Cinnamon Swirl Cake– This cake is so simple, so pretty, and so DELICIOUS!!
APPETIZER
- Party Meatballs– Grab a crockpot and get these cooking! Perfect for an appetizer or even dinner.
