Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole with Bacon– I can’t even tell you how DELICIOUS this is!!  It may not sound fancy, but the taste is going to knock your socks off!
  • Side Dish:
    • Roasted Veggies– These cook quickly in the oven and make a great healthy side option
    • Rolls- pick some up in the freezer section or make your own for an extra delicious treat!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Salsa Chicken– This classic dish couldn’t be easier to make and it is OH SO TASTY!  I like to serve this the first night over a bed of rice.
  • Side Dish:
    • Steamed rice
    • Bell peppers and onions – cook them up in a skillet or you can use the instructions in the recipe to bake them right in with the chicken

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Crockpot Zesty Pulled Pork– This is a great recipe for a busy night because all the prep work is done earlier in the day! I like to pile these on top of my extra creamy garlic mashed potatoes and let each family member put some toppings on their plate.
  • Side Dish:
    • Mashed Potatoes
    • Garlic Parmesan Green Bean Casserole – gluten free!
    • Toppings: cheddar cheese shreds, extra bbq sauce, sliced green onions, french fried onions, diced red bell pepper

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish:  Salsa Chicken and Rice Casserole– Use leftovers from Tuesday, to make this family hit! Chop leftover Salsa Chicken and mix with prepared white rice or cauliflower rice. Stir in black beans and corn, and extra salsa if needed. Spread mixture in a casserole dish and top with cheese and bake until heated through.
  • Side Dish:
    • Buttermilk Cornbread– Seriously the best!
    • Mexican Corn Salad – easy and healthy

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: Lasagna Stuffed Peppers– All that delicious flavor of lasagna packed into a tender, sweet bell pepper.
    • Side:
      • Cheesy Garlic Bread– We LOVE this recipe
  • Dessert – Peanut Butter Pretzel Brownies- You can whip these “gourmet” brownies up quick even using a box mix!

APPETIZER

  • Antipasto Salad – All of your favorite flavors of a charcuterie board thrown into a delicious salad… YUM!
