*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Honey Glazed Ham – This is a family friendly recipe that is perfect for Christmas dinner.
- Side Dish:
- Jiffy Corn Casserole – We can’t not make this for the holidays. Everyone asks for it! I even have make ahead tips to make your day a little smoother.
- Garlic Parmesan Green Bean Casserole – We love a yummy and traditional side dish!
- 45+ Make Ahead Christmas Dinner Recipes – Try a few of these recipes and make them ahead of time! I also include make ahead breakfast recipes.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: 15 Bean Ham Soup – Use up the leftover ham by making this delicious soup in your crockpot.
- Side Dish:
- Buttermilk Cornbread – This is a classic, but my special cooking method makes this cornbread extra good!
- Side Salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing – Make a delicious salad with iceberg, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese and croutons. Top with ranch!
- Toppings:
- Cheddar cheese
- Diced onion
- Chopped parsley
- Sour cream
- Crumbled bacon
- Green onions or chives
- Hot sauce
- Crushed red pepper
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwiches – Sandwiches are the perfect, easy dinner. If you’d rather have them as a wrap or even just as a salad, feel free!
- Side Dish:
- Baked Potato Soup – This is made from scratch, but because you throw everything into your crockpot, it couldn’t get any easier!
- Fruit Salad – Keep it light with a side of fruit.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Fettuccini Alfredo – This creamy sauce is so simple! You will probably never buy jarred sauce again after making this. If you still have leftover ham from Monday, go ahead and add it to this dish for some protein.
- Side Dish:
- Oven Roasted Vegetables – Easiest side dish ever which is needed after a few days of intense cooking during the holidays!
- Sautéed Spinach – Need another quick side dish? This takes 5 minutes and is a great option.
Friday
- Main Dish: Baked Crispy Ground Beef Tacos – Is there anything better or more delicious than beef tacos? Keep these simple or add salsa, guacamole, peppers, or anything else you like to top your tacos with.
- Side Dish:
- Easy Mexican Rice – you can’t go wrong with rice!
- Mexican Crock Pot Refried Beans – Creamy, delicious and…better than any restaurants!
- Dessert — Wyoming Cowboy Cookies – Just a quick 15 minutes of prep and your Wyoming cowboy cookies are ready to go in the oven.
Appetizer
- Mini Pigs in a Blanket – This is one of my favorite appetizers to make. I know I say it a lot, but it is so easy and delicious!
