Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Baked Feta Chicken– This dish was inspired by the viral Baked Feta Pasta recipe and it is definitely worth all the hype. Tender chicken is nestled in a rich and cheesy tomato sauce and can be served in a number of delicious ways. It is quick, easy, and most importantly, SO DELICIOUS!!
- Side Dish:
- Pesto Roasted Vegetables – These are fast and oh, so delicious.
- Pasta- We like angel hair or penne pasta
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Cheesy Taco Skillet– This one dish wonder is packed with flavor and kid approved! My favorite part is that you can serve it as tacos for the kids, and as a salad, burrito bowl or other lighter option for the grown ups.
- Side Dish:
- Side salad – Top it with this amazing jalapeno ranch dressing
- Tortillas + Toppings – Try pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream and guacamole. YUM!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Creamy Chicken with Asparagus– One of my husband’s all time favorite recipes. This was inpsired by a classic Italian dish. It is so simple, and just so delicious.
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes– This is our favorite pairing because. we spoon the chicken. and sauce right over the top.
- Garlic Bread– The classic way. Simple and delicious!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Southwest Pork Chops – These tender, juicy, pork chops are packed with flavor and go great with almost any side dish.
- Sides:
- Pineapple jalapeno salsa– This goes so well served right over the top of the pork chops.
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes– Get the flavor of french fries in these oven baked potatoes!
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole– This classic comfort food is always a hit with everyone in the family. Tender chicken with fluffy rice all baked in a ridiculously delicious sauce. It is the perfect thing to make for Friday dinner then eat the leftovers all weekend long!
- Side:
- Green beans– This is the easiest and most delicious way to make them.
- Tomato Cucumber Salad– Fresh, simple, and delicious.
- Side:
- Dessert – Strawberry Oatmeal Bars– This is one of those recipes I look forward to making all summer long!! I can’t get enough!
APPETIZER
- Tomato Mozzarella Salad– This fresh salad is great for an appetizer (serve as a salad or with tooth picks.) Or serve it as a snack or light lunch. So good!
