Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Cheesy Bacon BBQ Chicken – If you make anything this week… MAKE THIS! It is a one pan meal that will knock your socks off.
  • Side Dish:
    • Easy Roasted Vegetables – My go to side… I make it at least once a week.
    • Rotini Pasta Salad– Classic and my kids will gobble it up! 

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Mexican Style Shredded Beef– This crocck pot reccipe is great for making burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas, nachos, you name it! Quick and easy with the slow cooker this is perfect for mid week meal.
  • Side Dish:
    • Toppings – Fresh Salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and cheese are my favorites!
    • Cilantro Lime Rice – Tastes just like your fav Mexican restaurant!

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Tuscan Garlic Chicken–  This dish has been a reader favorite for YEARS! With tender chicken, lots of veggies and Italian cheeses, it doesn’t get much more delicious than this!
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Bread– our family favorite recipe
    • Pasta- Do classic pasta or a lighter option like spaghetti squash or zoodles.

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Mexican Beef Casserole– Using leftovers from Tuesday, mix shredded beef with prepared rice, black beans, canned chopped green chiles and cream cheese. Spread in a casserole dish and top with cheese and crumbled tortilla chips. Bake at 350˚F for 20-30 minutes until the casserole is heated through and the topping is crispy. .
    • Sides:
      • Side salad – make a simple side salad and pair it with this Jalapeno ranch. It is so good the kids may even eat salad!
      • Chips and Salsa– my kids think they hit the jackpot when we get chips and salsa with our dinner (and so do I, ha!)

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: Green Chile Pork Chops – Perfect for a quick dinner LOADED with flavor, these delicious pork chops are smothered in creamy, cheesy goodness!
    • Side:
      • Black Beans
      • Corn salad– Fresh, simple, and delicious.
  • Dessert – Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Cookies– If you love big, thick, chewy cookies, you must try these!!

APPETIZER

  • Greek Layered Dip– Grab these with a bag of pita chips for one of the most surprisingly delicious appetizers ever!
