Green Goddess Dressing Ingredients + Substitutions

- Greek Yogurt – Traditional Green Goddess Dressing is made with a mayo base, but Greek yogurt is a great way to keep the dressing lighter and add a yummy tangy flavor. Sour cream will work too.
- Fresh Herbs – You’ll use a blend of fresh parsley, basil, dill, and chives.
- Garlic – Fresh is best, but pre-minced will work if that’s what you have on hand.
- Salt & Pepper
- Lemon Juice – As with the garlic, I like to squeeze fresh lemon for the best flavor.
- Olive Oil – Use a good quality olive oil to add flavor depth to the dressing.
- Water
