Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Steak Fried Rice– This easy dish is an awesome way to start the week because 1. It is so delicious, and 2. The leftovers reheat beautifully for lunch!
- Side Dish:
- Asian Slaw – Toss a bag of coleslaw mix (or shredded cabbage) with some asian spicy mayo and chopped cilantro for an easy side dish.
- Spring Rolls- If you need a little extra to munch on, throw some spring rolls in the oven.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Mexican Spinach Chicken– You can’t go wrong with this super creamy, cheesy, chicken dish loaded with flavor. PLUS it is super quick and easy to make and cleans up fast!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Corn Salad – Family favorite!
- Chips and salsa – this homemade recipe is too easy!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Crock Pot Buffalo Ranch Chicken– All the best flavors of buffalo chicken prepped quick and easy, and the crockpot does the work! Save the leftovers for Friday!
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes– Best recipe ever!
- Carrots and Celery with Ranch
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: EASY Philly Cheesesteak Casserole – If you need a simple casserole for a busy night, this fits the bill. All the best flavors of a philly cheesesteak sandwich, but faster and easier!
- Sides:
- Garlic Bread– I like to spoon the casserole right on top of the bread- So delicious!
- Easy Roasted Veggies– Add a little color and a lot of veggies to the meal with one of my top side dish recipes.
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Buffalo Chicken STUFFED Baked Potatoes– These big stuffed baked potatoes are so delicious you won’t even believe they are made with leftovers! Super quick, super delicious, and perfect for FRI-YAY!
- Side:
- Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli– This side goes great with anything! It adds some great flavor and color to the meal.
- Rotini Pasta Salad– This classic salad makes a great side for a big baked potato!
- Side:
- Dessert – Doubletree Cookies– I made this recipe from Crazy for Crust and people went nuts! If you love cookies, definitely try this recipe!
APPETIZER
- Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs– This sweet and tangy recipe is perfect for munching and can be kept warm for a longer party in the slow cooker!
