Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Teriyaki Chicken– Cook it on the grill if the weather is good, or a skillet or grill pan if it is not! This chicken is chock full of delicious Asian flavors and couldn’t be easier!
  • Side Dish:
    • Rice – our favorite is jasmine.
    • Garlic Green Beans- These are quick and absolutely delicious!
    • Toppings– For extra flavor top the chicken and rice with yum yum sauce, or spicy mayo, chopped green onions, and toasted sesame seeds.

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Mexican Shredded Beef- Let the crockpot do the work today and be welcomed to dinner with tender, flavor-filled beef ready to fill tacos, burritos or more.
  • Side Dish:
    • Pico de Gallo – I love topping this beef with pico de gallo! SO GOOD!
    • Mexican Rice – Tastes just like your fav Mexican restaurant!

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Zucchini Chicken Bake–  It is zucchini season and this is one of our all time favorite ways to eat it!!
  • Side Dish:
    • Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole This recipe is super simple and extra creamy
    • Broccoli Slaw- The classic way. Simple and delicious!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Cheesy Lasagna Skillet  – This has all the flavor of lasagna in a fraction of the time. I have so many personal friends that tell me they make this recipe on repeat! Bonus- serve it with or WITHOUT pasta!!
    • Sides:
      • Pasta or Spaghetti Squash– If you want a more classic lasagna taste, serve it with pasta. If you are trying to keep things lighter in calories or carbs, skip the pasta and serve over spaghetti squash.
      • Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli– You may never eat broccoli another way again!!

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: Loaded Beef Quesadillas– Use the leftovers from Tuesday to start this easy Friday meal. Grab a tortilla and layer with cheese, beef and pico de gallo. Fold in half and cook in a buttered skillet over medium heat on each side until golden brown
    • Side:
      • Guacamole– Restaurant style, made easy at home!
      • Chips and salsa
  • Dessert – Cornflake cookies- If you haven’t tried these, you MUST! It sounds odd, but they have the most addicting crunch!

APPETIZER

  • Cajun Chicken dip– This dip is creamy, cheesy, and loaded with savory cajun flavors! It is super hearty with chunks of chicken and ultimately addicting!
