Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Creamy Beef and Mushroom Casserole– Ground beef, tender rice and flavorful mushrooms all baked together in a quick one dish casserole. Family dinner winner!
- Side Dish:
- Strawberry Spinach Salad- perfect season for fresh strawberries and the poppy seed dressing is so so good!
- Easy Garlic Bread– My kids absolute favorite.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Crock Pot Chipotle Chicken– This chicken makes AMAZING tacos! You can use corn or flour tortillas. I like to top them with a little shredded cabbage and fresh pico de gallo and a drizzle of jalapeño ranch. So tasty
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Rice – We love this quick and easy one skillet recipe.
- Sautéed Peppers and Onions – these are great on the tacos or on the side
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Monterey Chicken Bake– Chicken, smothered in BBQ sauce and covered with crispy bacon and plenty of cheese! This is a real family pleaser!
- Side Dish:
- Bacon Ranch Broccoli Salad– this is a perfect traditional dish to pair with BBQ
- Parmesan Ranch Potatoes– These crispy potatoes are unbelievably delicious!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Cobb Salad – You can make this up with some baked chicken or use leftovers from the monterey chicken yesterday!
- Sides:
- Homemade Ranch– This is my favorite dressing to top this salad, but you can also use blue cheese or Italian Dressing.
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Philly Cheesesteak Casserole– This recipe gets rave reviews from readers! It is all the deliciousness of a sub in an easy to make casserole!
- Side:
- Skillet Garlic Spinach– This classic is so quick and easy to make.
- Sub rolls
- Side:
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Energy bites– This is the perfect snack to keep around the house for kids. Depending on age they may even be able to make these completely on their own!
APPETIZER
- Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups– These are simple to make and so yummy! You can adjust the level of heat to what your family likes.
