Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – One Pan Poppyseed Chicken– This classic casserole is super comforting and lick-your-plate delicious!
- Side Dish:
- Skillet Green Beans – Super easy and family friendly.
- Cucumber Tomato Salad– Classic salad to accompany a classic casserole.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Southwest Chicken Bake– All of the best southwest flavors come together in this easy and hearty dinner using tons of pantry staples.
- Side Dish:
- Rice – Do white, brown, or this Mexican rice! You can serve it right on top or eat it on the side.
- Tortillas – Perfect for slicing the chicken and scooping it in for taco Tuesday!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Crockpot BBQ Pork– Let this dish slow cook all day so that at the end you are rewarded with tender, flavorful, barbecue pork!
- Side Dish:
- Broccoli Slaw– this is a perfect traditional dish to pair with BBQ
- Italian Pasta Salad– This dish is not only delicious, but saves well to eat the next day or two also!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Cheesy Lasagna Skillet – Comfort food made EASY! I love that this lasagna is made in a skillet and can be served with or without the pasta! Perfect for when you get that Italian craving!
- Sides:
- Pasta– Make traditional pasta or keep it light with spaghetti squash or zoodles.
- Tomato Mozzarella Salad– Perfect pairing for any Italian dinner, this salad keeps it light, but still has tons of flavor!

FRIDAY
- Main Dish: BBQ Pork Nachos– Use the leftovers from Wednesday to make this favorite family meal. Layer a baking sheet with tortilla chips. Add cheddar cheese, black beans, corn, and shredded BBQ pork and top with extra cheese. Bake at 425˚F for 6-10 min or until the cheese is melted and the toppings are heated through
- Side:
- Pico de Gallo
- Sour Cream
- Side:
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Swirl Bars– If you are a PB lover these are for you!! Super quick and easy and rarely last more than an hour in our house!
APPETIZER
- Cajun Chicken Dip– This is super creamy, cheesy, and delicious with an extra cajun kick of spice!
