Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Cream Cheese Chicken Chili– Super simple and made all in the crockpot! This white chicken chili recipe is ultra creamy and delicious!
  • Side Dish:
    • Buttermilk Cornbread – Nothing goes better with chili!
    • Rice- My kiddos like to add in a scoop to make it even heartier!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Fajita Chicken Bake– This has been one of the most popular recipes on my site over the years. Super easy… super healthy… and the best fajita flavors!
  • Side Dish:
    • Tortillas, sour cream, pico de gallo
    • Chips and salsa

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Crock Pot Hawaiian Meatballs–  These sweet and tangy meatballs are perfect for serving over a bed of rice or mashed potatoes! They are quick and easy and packed with flavors adults and kids love.
  • Side Dish:
    • Mashed Potatoes– These are super creamy and delicious!
    • House Salad with Italian dressing

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Baked Fajita Chicken Tostadas  – Use the leftovers from Tuesday to make this easy meal. Chop up leftover chicken and veggies. Spread beans over a tostada shell. Add chicken and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and tostada is heated though. Remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, and your choice of sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo or salsa.

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: Supreme Pizza Chicken Bake– Give this easy alternative to pizza a try! It is a casserole with shredded chicken (use rotisserie to keep it quick!) mixed with all the flavors of pizza. Perfect to hit the spot when you want pizza but also want to avoid take out!
    • Side:
      • Pesto Cheese Bread– Delicious twist on the classic recipe!
      • Italian Quinoa Salad– Perfect compliment to get a few extra veggies in there.
  • Dessert – Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies– Only make these if you LOVE thick, chewy and addicting cookies!

APPETIZER

  • Cajun Chicken Dip– We can’t get enough of this dip. It is creamy, and loaded with chicken, peppers and lots of cheese! There is a little kick to top it all off!
