Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Lazy Lasagna– All you have to do is layer 4 ingredients to get this crowd pleasing casserole! My kids love this dinner and ask for it regularly.
- Side Dish:
- Side salad – Serve it with this creamy Italian dressing– SO GOOD!
- Garlic Bread– our favorite recipe
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Mexican Spinach Chicken Bake– This one dish dinner is loaded with veggies, cheesy goodness, and tons of Mexican flavors.
- Side Dish:
- Pinto beans – a side of beans makes it extra hearty
- Mexican Rice – Tastes just like your fav Mexican restaurant!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Italian Beef and Rice Casserole– This quick and easy dinner packs lots of flavor in a hearty casserole. All you need is ground beef and a few pantry ingredients.
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Asparagus– I love that this can bake right beside the casserole!
- Pesto Cheese Bread– So much flavor — And so easy to make!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Big Mac Skillet – Comfort food without the guilt! This dish gives you all the flavor of a Big Mac, but made in a skillet at home in minutes. You can eat it as a salad (like me!) or on a bun (like my kids) so it is customizable for each person.
- Sides:
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes– Get the flavor of french fries in these oven baked potatoes!
- Veggies and Ranch– These are great to snack on before the main meal or give a little extra wholesome boost to the dinner.

FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Ranch Baked Chicken Tenders– Use the leftovers from Tuesday to start this easy Friday meal. Grab your favorite wrap and layer the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and drizzle with honey mustard.
- Side:
- Baked Potato Wedges
- Dipping Sauces- My favorites are Honey Mustard, BBQ Sauce, and Buttermilk Ranch Dressing.
- Side:
- Dessert – Cookies and Cream Parfaits– These look fancy, but take just a few ingredients and minutes to make!
APPETIZER
- Pineapple Jalapeno Salsa– Nothing says summer like this fresh, healthy, and insanely delicious salsa!
