Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Crock Pot Thai Pork– This dish is one of my husband’s favorites! It is the perfect dump and go recipe to switch up the dinner rut and get some new and exciting flavors on the table. Bonus- This recipe has the best leftover ideas!
- Side Dish:
- Jasmine rice- You can make plain white rice, or do cilantro lime rice for more flavor.
- Sriracha Slaw– This has a kick but I LOVE it served with the pork!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Southwest Chicken Bake– This recipe has been a VIRAL hit – and for a good reason… Quick prep, packed with veggies, lots of great southwestern flavor, and hands off cooking! YES!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican style roasted veggies – A favorite easy side dish.
- Mexican Style Rice – Tastes just like your fav Mexican restaurant!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Thai Pork Wraps- Use leftovers from Monday to make this easy and very delicious meal (plus it is great on the go!) Spread mayo on a large flatbread or tortilla. Add leftover pork, then top with pickled veggies such as radishes, carrots, or cucumbers. Add shredded cabbage for crunch. Garnish with cilantro and spicy mayo if desired.
- Side Dish:
- Potato Chips– good when you need a meal fast!
- Edamame- These are healthy, portable, and can be bought in the freezer section of almost any store!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Baked Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner – This dinner has it all on one baking sheet. Tender garlic parmesan coated chicken, lots of fresh veggies, and of course lots of flavor!
- Sides:
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes– Get the flavor of french fries in these oven baked potatoes!
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad– This stuff is SO GOOD and so easy to make! It is the perfect cool and easy meal for warmer weather. It is perfect to make a big batch so you can eat and snack on it all weekend long!
- Side:
- Broccoli Slaw– Quick, simple, and wholesome!
- Fruit Salad– Fresh, simple, and delicious.
- Side:
- Dessert – Thick & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies- These are absolutely to-die-for! They are a no fail recipe for super thick, soft, luxurious chocolate chip cookies!
APPETIZER
- LOADED Taco Dip– Is it a dip? Is it a meal? It is up to you!
