Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Healthy Baked Chicken Tenders– These are a staple at our house! They have all the delicious flavor of tender, white meat chicken tenders, but are baked to make them lighter and more wholesome. And did I mention they are DELICIOUS!?
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Potato Wedges – These are a light & easy way to serve “french fries” with your chicken tenders.
- 4 Bean Curried Quinoa Salad– This salad is a summer favorite! It is packed with flavor and so easy to make! Plus, the leftovers make great lunches all week.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Burrito Skillet– We LOVE this one skillet meal! It packs in so much flavor in a kid-pleasing, easy to make dinner.
- Side Dish:
- Chips and dip – Corn Salsa, guacamole, and jalapeno ranch are some of our favorites!
- Tortillas – My kids like to pile it on a tortilla. I just like it in a bowl. It is up to you!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Cheddar Bacon Tater Tot Casserole– This simple oven casserole can be prepped earlier in the day and then baked with you are ready to eat to save time. It is hearty and SO good!
- Side Dish:
- Oven Roasted Vegetables– One of my all time favorite side dishes!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad – Probably my personal favorite dinner, this simple meal idea takes the flavors of a caesar salad and packs it full of protein and pasta to make it extra hearty! My son doesn’t care for salad usually, but he even enjoys this one!
- Sides:
- Garlic Bread– The classic way. Simple and delicious!

FRIDAY
- Main Dish: One Pan Teriyaki Beef and Rice– This meal is delicious and even quicker than take out on Friday night! All those delicious Asian style flavors packed in fast and easy to clean up one pot meal.
- Side:
- Yum Yum Sauce– Perfect for drizzling on top!
- Sriracha Slaw– A great addition for the grown ups who like a little kick!
- Side:
- Dessert – Magic Cookie Bars– These classic bars have layer upon layer of deliciousness baked right in!
APPETIZER
- Italian Tortellini Salad– This is perfect to start any meal. It is a hearty salad filled with tender tortellini, veggies, and an irresistible dressing.
