Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Tomato Tortellini Soup– One pot and full of flavor, this velvety soup is quick, easy, delicious and perfect for a cozy night in!
- Side Dish:
- Pesto Garlic Bread – Perfect for soaking up every last drop of soup.
- Side Salad- It would go great with this balsamic vinaigrette.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Chili Ranch Chicken Skillet- This dinner can be ready in as little as 15 minutes and is a family favorite!
- Side Dish:
- Cilantro Lime Rice – the perfect side for this chicken
- Corn Salsa – Tastes just like chipotle, and is amazing layered on top of the chicken!
- Cornbread – This little cornbread hack is our favorite way to eat it!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: One Pan Teriyaki Beef- Quick, easy and full of protein, veggies, rice, and delicious Asian flavors! Since it is all in one pan, the only thing I add is a little sauce to drizzle on top. My favorites are below!
- Side Dish:
- Yum Yum Sauce– creamy, savory with just a touch a sweetness
- Spicy Mayo– Creamy with a little kick!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Creamy BBQ Chicken – This is a fun twist on a classic crock pot meal. The BBQ gives s tangy flavor and the creaminess gives it a richness that makes an irresistible combo!
- Sides:
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes– Get the flavor of french fries in these oven baked potatoes!
- Corn on the cob– easy and classic.
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: BBQ Chicken Nachos– My kids personal favorite meal! This uses leftovers from Thursday. Grab a sheet pan and layer it with chips, cheese, BBQ chicken, corn, and black beans, then another drizzle of BBQ sauce. Bake at 425˚F for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Side:
- Guacamole– SO easy and SO delicious
- Pico de Gallo– Fresh, simple, and delicious.
- Side:
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Cookies– I’m told these are the best… let me know if you agree!
APPETIZER
- LOADED Taco Dip– All the best flavors loaded up for a super hearty dip that can double as lunch!
