Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – One Pan Tuscan Pork Chops – This recipe seems like something you would get at a restaurant, but only takes 20 minutes to make! Be prepared to be impressed with yourself when you make this easy dinner! {Pin it here}.
- Side Dish:
- Pesto Roasted Vegetables – These are fast and oh, so delicious.
- Pasta- We like angel hair or penne pasta. You can also add a little cheater alfredo sauce to it if you want!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Salsa Chicken– This is a kid-favorite in our house, and amazingly easy to make! Just dump and bake! I like to serve it “bowl” style, where you start with rice and beans, add he chicken on top then top with all the toppings your heart desires!
- Side Dish:
- Black beans – You can make black beans from scratch in the crock pot, or I share my secrets for how to making canned black beans taste so good here!
- Mexican Rice – Tastes just like your fav Mexican restaurant!
- Toppings– Sour cream, guacamole, corn salsa, shredded lettuce , pico de gallo, crushed tortilla chips
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Creamy Tomato Basil Soup– This is my #1 soup recipe on my website, and it is AMAZING! It almost seems like cheating because this recipe is so easy, and so good!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Cheese bread– Perfect for dipping, gives a grilled cheese vibe, but faster to make for a crowd!
- Salad with Creamy Italian dressing– A side salad is perfect for keeping the meal light, although this dressing is so good it might keep you coming back for more!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Big Mac Skillet – Comfort food without the guilt! This dish gives you all the flavor of a Big Mac, but made in a skillet at home in minutes. You can eat it as a salad (like me!) or on a bun (like my kids) so it is customizable for each person.
- Sides:
- Baked Potato Wedges– Get the flavor of french fries in these oven baked potatoes!
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Roast Beef Sliders– Quick. Easy. Perfect for some Friday fun! These little sandwiches pack in the flavor and can easily scale for a crowd.
- Side:
- Chips
- Veggies and Ranch dip- Your choice of carrots, celery, peppers, broccoli, etc. Serve with my homemade ranch for a REAL TREAT!!
- Side:
- Dessert – Fudge Brownies– These are LITERALLY the BEST brownies I have ever had!! If you are a chocolate lover, you MUST make these soon!
APPETIZER
- Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pinwheels– These are absolutely perfect for a day of watching football. Tender chicken, tangy buffalo sauce, , all in a easy, finger food format. I think you will love these!
