Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Cheeseburger Pasta– This is the meal my kids wish I would make EVERY WEEK! It is cheesy, comforting, and DELICIOUS! I like to pair it with veggies to keep it wholesome!
- Side Dish:
- Cucumber Tomato Salad – Quick, Easy, and can be made ahead!
- Garlic Parmesan Baked Broccoli– this cooks fast in the oven!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Turkey Tacos– Ground turkey lightens up taco night with ALL the flavor you would expect! Serve them in shells, tortillas, or keep it light with lettuce wraps.
- Side Dish:
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Monterey Chicken– Pinned over 500 times in 2 days, this one is already a huge hit with reader! 6 ingredients and 1 dish win dinner tonight! Save the leftovers for an easy dinner Friday!
- Side Dish:
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Crock Pot Thai Chicken– One of my favorite meals! Serve it over a bed of rice with shredded cabbage on top. Drizzle with the sauce AND this Spicy Mayo and it is TO DIE FOR delicious!
- Side Dish:
- Rice
- Shredded Cabbage (or cheat and use coleslaw mix!)
- Japanese Spicy Mayo
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Monterey Chicken Quesadillas!Chop leftover Monterey chicken. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of a large tortilla. Place the tortilla in the skillet. Fill half of the tortilla with the chopped chicken and an extra sprinkle of cheese. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, then flip and repeat on the other side. Cut into triangles and serve with sour cream and salsa.
- Side:
- Dessert – No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies– My favorite! Plus, no baking required!
APPETIZER
- LOADED Taco Dip – If you need a dish to bring to the big game… THIS.IS.IT. This dip gets devoured in minutes with layers of beans, meat, and a special creamy taco layer!
