Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Sheet Pan Italian Chicken Cutlets with Veggies – The name says it all! This is packed with everything you need for a delicious dinner all on one pan! Busy night win!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – SO SO GOOD!
- Italian House Salad– Pair it with this creamy Italian – it is so worth the extra 5 minutes to make it!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Cheesy Taco Skillet– This is a family favorite! The best part is that each person can customize to just how they like it. In taco shells, tortillas, low carb lettuce wraps, taco bowls or salad!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Roasted Veggies – We LOVE this easy and healthy side! So much flavor and it is so easy to make.
- Toppings – grab a few, or as many as you want! Shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, olives, guacamole, etc.
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Steak Fried Rice– This is one of my husband’s favorite week night dinners! I love it because it comes together in just minutes and you only use one pan!
- Side Dish:
- Steamed Edamame– Always a hit with the kids
- Garlic Green beans– The classic way. Simple and delicious!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Creamy Garlic Baked Chicken – If you love garlic this is for you! Tons of flavor packed into a creamy sauce that smothers tender chicken breast.
- Sides:
- Mashed Potatoes– Get the flavor of french fries in these oven baked potatoes!
- Italian Quinoa Salad– These are great to snack on before the main meal or give a little extra wholesome boost to the dinner.
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Baked Italian Sausage and Peppers– Like the classic but made easier baked all in one dish! Plus, scale it up if you need to feed extras on your Friday night.
- Side:
- Hoagie Rolls
- Tomato Mozzarella Salad- Fresh, simple, and delicious.
- Side:
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Chocolate No Bake Cookies- A personal favorite! There are lots of tips in this recipe to get theses just right!
APPETIZER
- Cajun Chicken Dip– If you are watching football this weekend, there is NO BETTER way to do it than with a big dish of this irresistible dip and a giant bowl of chips!
