Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Mozzarella Chicken– If you haven’t made this, you are missing out! SO EASY and SO DELICIOUS!
- Side Dish:
- Pesto Roasted Vegetables – These are fast and oh, so delicious.
- Pasta- We like angel hair or penne pasta
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Southwest Sloppy Joes– Quick, easy, and so good! This is packed with veggies, but your family won’t even know it!
- Side Dish:
- Rolls – Use hamburger buns or bakery rolls to serve
- Mexican Corn Salad – So fresh and delicious!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Poppyseed Chicken Casserole- This classic comfort food takes MINUTES to make! One I know that will have everyone cleaning their plates!
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Broccoli w Parmesan– A classic side for a classic main dish. Both so good!
- Italian House Salad w Italian Dressing– The salad dressing really makes it!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Big Mac Skillet – Comfort food without the guilt! This dish gives you all the flavor of a Big Mac, but made in a skillet at home in minutes. You can eat it as a salad (like me!) or on a bun (like my kids) so it is customizable for each person.
- Sides:
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes– Get the flavor of french fries in these oven baked potatoes!
- Veggies and Ranch– These are great to snack on before the main meal or give a little extra wholesome boost to the dinner.
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Baked Chicken Caprese Subs– Use the leftovers from Tuesday to start this easy Friday meal. Grab your favorite wrap and layer the chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and drizzle with honey mustard.
- Side:
- Chips
- Fruit Salad- Fresh, simple, and delicious.
- Side:
- Dessert – Unicorn Snack Mix– Your kids will LOVE both eating this and helping you make it!!!
APPETIZER
- Turkey Bacon Ranch Pinwheels– These make a great appetizer or snack, but you can even make a full meal out of them they are so good.
