Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Italian Turkey Meatballs– So many readers have been telling me how much they love this recipe lately! These are surprisingly easy to make from scratch and hit it out of the park on taste
- Side Dish:
- Spaghetti- cook up some spaghetti and douse it with your favorite sauce. Then plop these meatballs right on top!
- Oven roasted Veggies– These are quick and easy and PERFECT for this meal!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Tex-Mex Chicken Fajitas– One of the foods I love most! I like to eat my fajitas with all the toppings over a salad, but you can make them traditionally in a tortilla too!
- Side Dish:
- Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream
- Tortillas
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Cheesy Lasagna Skillet– This lasagna is a one and done recipe! Everything cooks quickly in a skillet, then you can choose how to serve it. Both traditionally with pasta, or with something light and healthy like spaghetti squash or zoodles.
- Side Dish:
- Best Garlic Bread– We love this easy recipe
- Pasta or Spaghetti Squash
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Meatball Subs– Use leftovers from Monday to make one of my kids favorite dinners! I like to make these extra yummy by making garlic bread first. Then we use the garlic bread to make the meatball subs by placing meatballs, marinara and cheese on it and baking until perfection.
- Side Dish:
- Ranch Smashed Potatoes
- Best Pasta Salad – A classic recipe and works great to pair with this dish!
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Easy BAKED Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Sauce – Pizza night is one of our go-to’s on Friday. I love using leftovers to make it easy. Buy a store bought crust then chop up the sausage and peppers from Wednesday and spread over the crust with the sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top and add crushed red pepper flakes if you like spice. Bake as directed on the crust.
- Side:
- Broccoli Cauliflower Salad– This hearty salad is loaded with veggies and BACON!
- Side:
- Dessert – Caramel Snickerdoodles– These are the ULTIMATE fall cookie! They have the warm flavor of cinnamon and the irresistible gooey caramel middle!
APPETIZER
- Crockpot Party Meatballs – This party classic never sees leftovers!! You can make it as is, or try one of the 5 variations listed to give it a fun new twist!
