Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Oven Baked Hawaiian Chicken– This simple chicken dinner is just a handful of ingredients and has the sweet and savory combo that everyone loves!
  • Side Dish:
    • Broccoli Cauliflower Salad with Bacon
    • Smashed Potatoes– one of our favorite recipe!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: 10 minute Sizzling Steak Fajitas– It is had to believe that these fajitas cook to perfection in just 10 minutes! This Tex-Mex fave has become a regular on our meal rotation with its combo of easy, healthy and delicious!
  • Side Dish:
    • Crock Pot Refried Beans
    • Guacamole

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Easy Pesto Chicken- This dish is creamy + dreamy and is made in just one pan!
  • Side Dish:
    • BEST Roasted Vegetables– you will not believe how delicious these are!!!
    • Tomato Mozzarella Salad– Quick to make and the flavors perfectly compliment the dish

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish:  Fajita Quesadillas– Use up leftovers from Tuesday to make quick and easy Fajita Quesadillas!  You can just chop up any leftover meat and veggies into small bite sized pieces and place them inside a tortilla with mexican blend cheese. Fold it over and grill in a buttered skillet over medium heat until each side is golden brown.
  • Side Dish:
    • Mexican Corn Salad – Quick and fresh!!
    • Chips and Homemade Salsa – Easy and the homemade salsa can be made ahead of time for busy nights!

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: Crockpot Chicken Wild Rice Soup– Use your slow cooker to make a big batch of delicious soup! This Chicken and Wild Rice is one of my favorites. It is packed with veggies, rice, tender chicken and perfectly seasoned.
    • Side:
      • Crusty bread (like a baguette)
  • Dessert – Best EVER Peanut Butter Cookies– These consistently have 5 star raving reviews.  They really are that good!

APPETIZER

Marinated Mozzarella Balls- If you find yourself wanting something to much on, or need something to bring to a party, this Marinated Mozzarella is SO GOOD and so simple! No cooking required!
