Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Supreme Pizza Chicken Casserole– If your kids love pizza then this dinner is sure to be a hit!  Tender shredded chicken is piled high with all the best pizza flavors!
  • Side Dish:
    • Italian House Salad
    • Garlic Bread – our favorite recipe!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Cheesy Taco Skillet– Tacos the EASY way!  This one skillet meal is packed with cheesy goodness. Eat it low carb, or like traditional tacos.
  • Side Dish:
    • Mexican Rice
    • Chips and easy salsa (this recipe is so easy and will knock your socks off!)

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Tuscan Pot Roast– This isn’t your Grandma’s pot roast!  This pot roast is loaded with the flavors of balsamic, sun dried tomatoes, and garlic.
  • Side Dish:
    • Oven Roasted Veggies– current obsession!
    • Smashed potatoes- always a perfect side for pot roast!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: BBQ Chicken Breast Marinade– Use this easy marinade to grill, bake or slow cook your chicken!
  • Side Dish:
    • Easy Pasta Salad – These classic flavors go with everything!!
    • Roasted Asparagus – Easy + Classic!

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: Nachos– Use leftovers from the Taco Skillet to make a big batch of sheet pan nachos. Just spread tortilla chips over a cookie sheet. Add taco meat, corn, pinto beans, and cover with cheese. Bake at 425 until everything is heated through and the cheese is melted, about 8-12 minutes.
    • Side:
      • Sour cream, guac, salsa
  • Dessert – Chocolate No Bake Cookies– We can never get enough of these delicious no bake cookies!  The combo of peanut butter, oatmeal and chocolate is the best there is! Super quick and easy to make, this no fail recipe has you covered!
