Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Mississippi Pot Roast– There are many recipes for how to make a Mississippi Pot Roast out there, but this one is THE BEST! Made with only 5 simple ingredients and a crockpot, this recipe produces the most, tender, juicy, rich, flavorful, pot roast, and couldn’t be more quick and easy to make.
- Side Dish:
- Creamy Mashed Potatoes – Our go to mashed potato recipe.
- Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts– Even my kids like brussels sprouts this way!!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Fajita Casserole– This casserole is so EASY and ridiculously delicious!! There will definitely be a fight for the leftovers (if you have any!!)
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Roasted Veggies – These are a great wholesome addition!
- Cornbread – Try my quick Mexican style cornbread, OR our homemade buttermilk cornbread!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Italian Turkey Meatballs– Readers have been raving about how tender and delicious these are since they first posted years ago! Make a big batch because we will use them twice this week for ease!
- Side Dish:
- Pasta with marinara– Grab a package of your favorite pasta and a jar of marinara for a classic meal
- Garlic Bread– This is THE BEST recipe! You have to try it!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Hawaiian Steak – Set the steak in the easy (super kid friendly) marinade, and then grill them up or cook them on the stove quickly when dinner time hits.
- Sides:
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes– Get the flavor of french fries in these oven baked potatoes!
- Mediterranean Chickpea Salad– This easy salad has great flavors and makes an even better lunch the next day.

FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Garlic Turkey Meatball Subs– Use the leftovers from Wednesday to start this easy Friday meal! It is always a crowd pleaser
- Side:
- Tomato Soup– This recipe is so easy and SO delicious!
- Parmesan Roasted Broccoli– The best flavor combo for your broccoli!
- Side:
- Dessert – No Bake Cookies– So rich and fudgy, if you are a chocolate and peanut butter lover, these are a MUST make!
APPETIZER
- Garlic Chicken Bites– These are like grown up chicken nuggets! In my opinion, the BEST munchie for watching the big game!
