Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Garlic Herb Chicken Pillows– These are super quick and easy and always a hit with the family. Bonus- it is a great on the go dinner too!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Parmesan Broccoli – Arguably the best way ever to eat broccoli.
- Rotini pasta salad– You can make this ahead, it also saves well to eat for lunches throughout the week.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Salsa Chicken– You can count the number. of ingredients in this recipe on ONE HAND! One of the best recipes with the fewest recipes out there!
- Side Dish:
- Black beans – this crock pot recipe can’t be beat.
- Cilantro Lime Rice – Tastes just like Chipotle! This rice makes a great bed to serve the chicken on top of so you get all the delicious juices.
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Italian Sausage Tortellini– This simple pasta dish is loaded with flavor (and sneaky veggies!)
- Side Dish:
- Side salad– This salad is made over the top delicious with this homemade creamy Italian dressing! It makes just 5 minutes to make and I promise it will absolutely make the salad!!
- Garlic Bread– The classic way. Simple and delicious!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: 7 Layer Taco Casserole – This may be my favorite way to eat a pound of ground beef! Layers on layers of deliciousness in this quick and easy casserole.
- Sides:
- Dips and chips– A few of my favorites are this tableside style guacamole, pico de gallo, and fresh corn salsa!
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Spinach Sausage Quiche– I think quiche may be one of the most under-rated dinners out there. This recipe is fast, easy, luscious and packed with flavor and protein, this meal does not disappoint!
- Side:
- Broccoli Bacon Salad– This salad is packed full of fresh broccoli in. alight an creamy dressing.
- Italian Tortellini Salad– Tortellini salad adds a filling extra to this meal. Both of these salads are great for leftovers the next day too!
- Side:
- Dessert – S’mores– Summer is the perfect time to make smores! Use a campfire, a backyard fire pit, or even the flame on your stove.
APPETIZER
- Marinated Mozzarella– My personal favorite, this easy appetizer is simple and a crowd pleaser. I probably make this app more regularly than any other on the site because friends and family request it so much!
