MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Hawaiian Chicken– Perfect for spring weather, this dish brings in sweet and tangy flavors and couldn’t be easier!
- Side Dish:
- White rice – I like to serve the chicken right on top.
- Broccoli Cauliflower Salad- Simple, easy to make, and leftovers make a great lunch throughout the week.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Beef Enchilada Skillet– All the flavor of beef enchiladas with less time and less mess! What I love most though is that each family member can serve this just how they like it with no extra effort.
- Side Dish:
- Sides/toppings – Tortillas, shredded lettuce, black olives, pico de gallo, tortilla chips, sour cream, etc
- Crock Pot Black Beans – So much flavor and usually enough to freeze for later!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Baked Chicken Parmesan– This is my EASY go to way to make chicken parmesan in the oven. It is light, loved by everyone in the family, and SO DELICIOUS!
- Side Dish:
- Pasta w alfredo sauce– My cheater alfredo sauce on pasta is my son’s absolute favorite way to have this meal!
- Baked Garlic Veggies– Made EASY the classic way. Simple and delicious!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Steak Fried Rice – This recipe always gets awesome reviews from readers. It has the trifecta for dinner… easy + family friendly + delicious!
- Sides:
- Sauce– A drizzle of yum yum sauce for mild or a drizzle of spicy mayo if you like a kick! Adding the creamy sauce on top really takes it to the next level!
- Sriracha Slaw– I love to add some extra veggies to the meal with this super simple sriracha coleslaw. I like mine right on top, but my husband eats it on the side.
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Baked Chicken Parm Subs– Use the leftovers from Wednesday to start this easy Friday meal. Split sub rolls and spread with butter and garlic salt. Layer on the leftover chicken parm with additional sauce and cheese if desired, then bake at 350 until everything is heated through and the cheese is melted.
- Side:
- Side salad- Toss with this creamy Italian dressing for a real treat!
- Chips
- Side:
- Dessert – Peanut butter Pretzel Brownies- These start with a mix and have the BEST combo of flavors! SO CRAZY GOOD!
