Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Chicken Wild Rice Soup– I cannot tell you enough how GOOD this soup is! You can make Chicken Wild Rice Soup in the Crock Pot here or Instant Pot Chicken Rice Soup here.
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Cheese Bread – Makes this the ultimate comforting dinner.

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: BBQ Pulled Pork– This easy crock pot recipe just keeps giving and giving, as you can use leftovers to make some pretty delicious lunches or dinners later in the week.
  • Side Dish:
    • Bacon Ranch Broccoli Salad – the most delicious twist on the classic!
    • Barbecue Baked Beans – A classic for having BBQ!

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Thai Style Chicken–  This Thai style chicken is made easy in the crock pot. With tender chicken, sweet peppers, and a delicious combination of asian flavors, this dish is a family favorite!
  • Side Dish:
    • Jasmine Rice– This recipe is super simple and extra creamy
    • Toppings- chopped cilantro, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, spicy Japanese mayo or yum yum sauce, chopped peanuts

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: BBQ Pork Pizza  – On a pre-made pizza crust, spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce. Dollop the shredded pork over the top, then top with shredded cheese (I like cheddar or colby jack) Add your choice of thinly sliced red onions or chopped red bell pepper. Then drizzle more BBQ sauce over the top and bake per crust directions.
    • Sides:
      • Side Salad– Serve it with homemade ranch or Italian dressing.

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: Tuscan Garlic Chicken– Great for Friday because this simple recipe tastes like it is straight out of a restaurant kitchen. There are so many big and bold flavors, and it is unbelievably EASY to make!
    • Side:
      • Italian Tortellini Salad
      • Tomato Basil Mozzarella- Fresh, simple, and delicious.
  • Dessert – Sweet Potato Dessert Fries– I am excited to try this slightly healthier dessert option!

APPETIZER

  • Black Bean and Corn Salsa- Grab a bag of chips and just try to stop eating this! Good thing it is veggie packed and wholesome!
