Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Crispy Panko Chicken with Honey Drizzle– This is one of my husband’s personal favorites! Tender chicken, crispy seasoned panko bread crumbs and a sweet honey drizzle make this recipe so easy but SO GOOD!
- Side Dish:
- Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts – These are fast and oh, so delicious. Your kids may even fight over the leftovers!
- Mashed Potatoes– this recipe is packed with creamy potatoes and garlic, and is our go to side!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Baked Chicken Fajitas- One of the all time reader favorites on my site, this is the EASIEST way to make chicken fajitas!
- Side Dish:
- Refried beans – change it to black, or pinto if preferred
- Mexican Rice – Tastes just like your fav Mexican restaurant!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Cream Cheese Stuffed EVERYTHING Chicken– This has tons of flavor and only 5 ingredients!
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Broccoli– Quick, easy and super tasty.
- Ranch Smashed Potatoes– If you haven’t tried these… you are missing out!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Teriyaki Beef Skillet – This 20 minute meal combines ground beef with, rice, broccoli, and veggies and all simmers in a sweet and tangy teriyaki sauce.
- Sides:
- Spicy Sriracha Coleslaw– This is a perfect flavor compliment and tastes even better with leftovers the next day!

FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Fajita Chicken Nachos– Use the leftovers from Tuesday to start this easy Friday meal. Chop up the chicken and peppers. Grab a sheet pan and layer on chips, cheese, and the chopped chicken fajitas. Optional: Add sweet corn, black beans, chopped red pepper or onion. Bake at 425˚F for 8 minutes.
- Side:
- Toppings- You can’t go wrong with Jalapeno ranch, blender salsa or guacamole!
- Side:
- Dessert – No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake– Don’t have time to heat up the oven? No problem! This is equally easy and delicious!
APPETIZER
- Crockpot Party Meatballs– Make this classic for football watching.
