Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Sheet Pan Meatloaf– Like the original southern style meatloaf, but SO MUCH FASTER!! This lets you make it in half the time. Plus, it has more of the delicious sauce coving the top – the best part in my opinion!!
  • Side Dish:
    • Mashed potatoes– This is my go-to easy recipe for garlicky mashed potatoes- and the most classic pairing for meatloaf!
    • Cheesy Corn Casserole– This is one of my all time FAVORITE side dishes!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Blackened Chicken Tenders- These literally take 15 minutes and are totally just grown up chicken fingers! Talk about a winning weeknight meal, you have to try these!
  • Side Dish:
    • Bacon Ranch Broccoli Salad– This is super tasty and you can make it ahead if you want to!
    • Garlic Smashed Potatoes– These are one of the most tasty easy side dishes. There are never any leftovers at our house.

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Italian Ground Beef and Rice Casserole– This makes a big batch and is perfect for when you need to make something that cooks completely hands off in the oven. Hearty with beef and rice, this is filling and flavor packed.
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Bread– This is our favorite recipe!
    • Roasted Asparagus– We love this simple recipe! It turns out perfect every time!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Slow Cooker Thai Chicken -This recipe has allll the flavor and makes the best asian style chicken bowls!
  • Sides:
    • Rice– White or brown! Choose your favorite!
    • Sauce– A drizzle of yum yum sauce or spicy mayo if you like a kick!

FRIDAY

  • Main dish: Ground Turkey Tacos – This wholesome taco meat won’t disappoint! It is loaded with all the flavor of classic ground beef tacos, but made lighter with ground turkey.
    • Side:
      • rice– I like this easy mexican rice, or you can do a chipotle style cilantro lime rice
      • beans- I love these refried beans in the crock pot!
      • mexican style corn salad– a fresh tasting favorite
  • Dessert – Chocolate Chip Cookies– You may never eat another chocolate chip cookies after tasting these! They are that good!!

APPETIZER

  • Caramelized Onion Dip– Blend 2 cups of these crockpot onions with 16 oz sour cream for the BEST dip you have ever had! I like to use potato chips to dip.
