Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Spinach Artichoke Chicken– This is an oldie but goodie! One of the original recipes on my blog, it still to this day gets many comments on how crazy delicious it is!
- Side Dish:
- Pesto Roasted Vegetables – These are fast and oh, so delicious.
- Pasta- Or keep it light with spaghetti squash or zoodles.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Tinga Tacos– These are easy and packed with flavor! They do have a little kick, so if you want something more mild, you may want to try my 3 ingredient chicken tacos.
- Side Dish:
- Toppings – My favorite is this amazing jalapeno ranch dressing, but others you want to include are pico de gallo, shredded lettuce or cabbage, sour cream and guacamole or sliced avocado.
- Mexican Rice – Tastes just like your fav Mexican restaurant!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Zesty BBQ Pork– This is simple and always a crowd pleaser! I love that it makes a big portion so I can use it for other leftover meals later.
- Side Dish:
- Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole– an all time favorite!! This is the best side!
- Lemon Kale Salad- This salad will make you LOVE kale! It is a copycat from a restaurant and we can’t get enough!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Caprese Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner – With your protein and veggies all on one baking sheet, dinner doesn’t get much easier- and clean up is just as easy! These flavors are a winner and I love the simplicity of how it all comes together.
- Sides:
- Italian House Salad– This recipe already has veggies, but if you want something a little extra, a side salad with balsamic vinaigrette is a great pairing! This dressing is healthy, takes less than 5 minutes to make, and is SO DELICIOUS!
- Garlic Bread– This is SERIOUSLY the best recipe!
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: BBQ Pork Sheet Pan Nachos– Use the leftovers from Wednesday to start this easy Friday meal. Layer chips onto a sheet pan. Place the BBQ pulled pork along with black beans and corn on top of the chips and cover in cheese. Bake at 425 until the cheese is melted then remove and drizzle with extra BBQ sauce. Serve topped with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. Add Pineapple Salsa to make it EVEN BETTER!
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies- I can’t even tell you how delicious these are! One of the best, thick, and flavorful peanut butter cookies ever! It is a must try!
APPETIZER
- Garlic Chicken Bites- If you are watching football, grab some toothpicks and set out a plate of these Garlic Chicken Bites. I promise, your people will be thanking you!! ** These can be a main dish too – so just pick what you need them for!
