Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Ultra CREAMY Chicken Rice Casserole– This casserole is one of my husband’s ALL TIME favorite recipes. I make it in the classic way with tender rice, chicken breast, buttery cracker toppings, and lots of creamy goodness!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli – You can’t go wrong pairing this meal with broccoli! They are a match made in heaven!
- Cucumber Tomato Salad– So easy and can be made ahead!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Mexican Street Corn Chicken– This recipe has gone viral for a GOOD reason! It is absolutely delicious… not to mention so easy to make!
- Side Dish:
- Chips and Guac – my homemade recipe couldn’t be easier!
- Black Beans – Make black beans in the crock pot from scratch or just heat some black beans in a can!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Creamy Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese- This soup is unbelievably easy and so, so delicious! Whip it up with some grilled cheese for a dinner your family will love!
- Side Dish:
- Italian House Salad– If you have an extra 5 minutes, this homemade Balsamic Dressing is 100% worth it! You will be spoiled forever!
- Garlic Cheese Bread– If you want to save time, serve the soup with garlic cheese bread instead of grilled cheese!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Tuscan Pot Roast – I’m telling you… You may never make pot roast another way again! This is SO GOOD!
- Sides:
- Mashed Potatoes– Perfect for plopping a big scoop of roast right on top!
- Pesto Roasted Vegetables– These are super easy and cook in just a few minutes. It is my kids favorite way to eat vegetables.

FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Pot Roast Ragu Pasta– For this short cut version of classic ragu, just mix one jar of your favorite marinara sauce with a generous helping of the pot roast from Thursday and simmer on low for 20 minutes to meld the flavors. While the sauce simmers, cook 1 lb of pasta per package directions. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Top with parmesan cheese.

- Dessert – Thick & Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies– If you love Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, these take it up another delicious notch. They are a MUST TRY with tons of raving reviews!
APPETIZER
- Garlic Chicken Bites– These are the perfect protein packed appetizer to feed a crowd. Just put the skillet out with some toothpicks and watch them disappear!
