Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Tomato Basil Chicken– The PERFECT tender chicken in a rich tomato sauce. It is hard to believe that a recipe so simple tastes so fancy and delicious!!
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes – These are extra creamy and oh, so delicious. I like the potatoes to soak up all of the sauce.
- Roasted Asparagus– Super simple and cooks in only 10 minutes!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Chipotle Chicken Tacos– This is made in the slow cooker to be hands off, but packs in the flavor! Serve it in tortillas as tacos, or in a bowl over some rice or greens.
- Side Dish:
- Guacamole – made tableside style! Quick, easy, and healthy for the win!
- Mexican Rice – Tastes just like your fav Mexican restaurant!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Hawaiian Meatballs– Don’t put the crockpot up yet, because these meatballs are made easy in the slow cooker. The sweet and savory combo is a winner for kids and adults at our house.
- Side Dish:
- Rice– We love to serve them over jasmine rice.
- Broccoli Slaw– The classic way. Simple and delicious!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Baked Italian Sausage and Peppers – This is like the classic, but only takes minutes to prep and throw in the oven which makes it a winner for busy nights!
- Sides:
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes– Get the flavor of french fries in these oven baked potatoes!
- Mediterranean Chickpea Salad– This salad is super easy to make and packed with protein. I especially love the balsamic flavors paired with the sausage and peppers!
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: FAMOUS LOADED Chicken Salad– Make sandwiches, or feed the whole family fast by spreading it on a loaf of french bread. Feeling healthy? Eat it on top of greens, or stuffed in an avocado!
- Side:
- Chips
- Veggies and Ranch- This homemade buttermilk ranch is TO DIE FOR.
- Side:
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Swirl Bars– Super easy, made in one pan, AND they not only are delicious, but SO pretty with the chocolate swirls!
APPETIZER
- LOADED Taco dip– Forget 7 layers, this dip has too many layers of goodness to count! Serve it up for a crowd, or do what we do and just make it dinner for a movie night!
