Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Baked BBQ Chicken Drumsticks– These take just minutes to make and are so good!
- Side Dish:
- Bacon Ranch Broccoli Salad – the best way to eat broccoli.
- Baked potatoes- classic style!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Salsa Fresca Chicken– This one pan wonder was a VIRAL sensation on pinterest!
- Side Dish:
- Crock Pot Black Beans – this recipe is SOOOO good so so easy!
- Mexican Rice – Tastes just like your fav Mexican restaurant!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Crockpot Hawaiian Meatballs- Serve these over rice for the perfect hands off meal!
- Side Dish:
- Rice– white or brown are both great!
- Baked Asparagus– The classic way. Simple and delicious!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Quesadillas – Use leftovers from Tuesday to pack between tortillas and cheese for a super quick family-friendly meal. You can pack in leftovers of black beans if you have those too!
- Sides:
- Mexican Roasted Veggies– so good, so quick, and so healthy!
- Jalapeno ranch– my kids LOVE this for dipping and ask for it regularly. Also try some homemade guacamole!
- Sides:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Garlic Butter Steaks in Cast Iron– This has become our absolute favorite way to make steak and is such a great way to start the weekend. I use strip steak in this recipe, but you can use any variety you want!
- Side:
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- Roasted Asparagus- Fresh, simple, and delicious.
- Side:
- Dessert – Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Cookies– If you love Snickerdoodles, these take it up another delicious notch. They are a MUST TRY!
APPETIZER
- Layered Greek Dip– Grab these with a bag of pita chips and snack on this all weekend long.
