Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Honey BBQ Meatballs– This couldn’t be any easier with the slow cooker doing the work. These work great for dinner, then the leftovers can be used for meal prep or lunches throughout the week.
  • Side Dish:
    • Cilantro Lime Rice – Serve it right over this rice for a real treat.
    • Broccoli Cauliflower Salad– an easy side dish and perfect flavor compliment! 

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Chicken Burrito Skillet- The perfect EASY + DELICIOUS one skillet meal for a busy night. This is one my whole family gets excited about! Pin it here for later!
  • Side Dish:
    • Tableside Guacamole – Just like at the restaurant, you won’t believe how easy this is!
    • Mexican Roasted Veggies – These are so simple and so delicious! As a bonus, leftovers make a great, healthy filling for salads, tacos, quesadillas and more.

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Tortellini with Italian Sausage–  This meal comes together quickly and has tons of flavor!
  • Side Dish:
    • Italian House Salad– Make this Creamy Italian Dressing for an extra delicious way to top the salad (it only takes minutes!)
    • Garlic Bread– If you haven’t made this recipe, you are missing out!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: BBQ Meatball Subs  – Use leftovers from Monday to make an irresistible dinner! Grab some sub rolls, split them, and lightly coat with butter and garlic salt. Broil for 2-4 minutes until they are toasty and the edges are golden brown. Place meatballs in the sub rolls, then add extra BBQ sauce as needed. Add thinly sliced onions and top with cheddar cheese. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Top with green onions, chopped cilantro, or freshly made coleslaw.
    • Sides:
      • Garlic Smashed Potatoes– Get the flavor of french fries in these oven baked potatoes!
      • Veggies and Ranch– These are great to snack on before the main meal or give a little extra wholesome boost to the dinner.

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: Baked Caesar Chicken– This one dish meal has so much flavor! Even the kids gobble it up fast.
    • Side:
      • Baked Asparagus – The classic way!
      • Tomato Mozzarella Salad– Fresh, simple, and delicious.
  • Dessert – Caramel Snickerdoodles- Perfect for the holidays!! If you love Snickerdoodles, these take it up another delicious notch. They are a MUST TRY!

APPETIZER

  • Layered Greek Dip– One of my ALL TIME personal favorites! This dip loads it in and is amazingly delicious!
