In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.

Turn the food processor on high and puree until smooth.

Use a spatula to scrape the dip out of the food processor and into a shallow dish. Smooth the top, then add a swirl to create ridges.

Drizzle honey and olive oil into the ridges, then garnish with basil and/or roasted tomatoes and garlic. Serve and enjoy!

Can you freeze whipped feta?
I don’t recommend it! The light and creamy texture of this dip won’t hold up once frozen and thawed. Serve within a couple of days for the best results.
How do you eat whipped feta cheese?
It is usually used as a dip with pita bread, crackers, spread on toast, sandwiches, and even pasta. You can also dip vegetables into it!

Ingredients
- 8 ounce block feta
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey, plus more for drizzle
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 basil leaves
Optional Roasted Tomato Topping
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for drizzle
- 4 ounces cherry tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
To make the whipped feta dip:
- In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice.
- Turn on food processor to high, or puree setting to blend the feta mixture until smooth.
- Use a spatula to scrape the dip out of the food processor and onto a shallow dish or plate. Smooth the top and then add a swirl to create ridges. Drizzle olive oil and honey into the ridges.
- Garnish with freshly chopped basil, then serve with chips.
For the Roasted Tomato Topping (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
- In a small baking dish, add the tomatoes and garlic. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the tomatoes then stir to coat everything.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes or until the tomatoes begin to burst. Once out of the oven, use a spoon to place the tomatoes over the top of the whipped feta dip.
