Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: Turkey Teriyaki Bowl — This is quick enough to make on a busy night, but you can even prep it ahead of time on Sunday.
- Side Dish:
- Spicy Sriracha Asian Coleslaw — This spicy coleslaw recipe can be made in just a few minutes. You can eat it as a side or even add a little to your bowl for a nice little crunch.
- Asian Cucumber Salad — This is a light, healthy and quick side.
- Spicy Mayo or Yum Yum Sauce — If you haven’t made these easy sauces yet, now is the perfect time because we love these with our teriyaki bowls!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Cheesy Chicken Tater Tot Casserole — Who doesn’t love tater tots?! This dump-and-go meal is so quick to prep and very family-friendly!
- Side Dish:
- House Salad — This tastes like a steakhouse salad!
- Crock Pot Corn w Garlic Butter — This slow cooker recipe is definitely a keeper!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Smothered Chicken Burritos — Using my chicken taco seasoning you will take these burritos to another level!
- Side Dish:
- Sauteed Peppers and Onions — Add some veggies to dinner with this delicious, quick-cooking side.
- Cilantro Lime Rice — Super delicious and a nice light side to serve with burritos.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Garlic Herb Steak — A restaurant quality steak can be surprisingly easy to make with a few simple rules of thumb. Check out my tips because you can do this in under 15 minutes!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes — Garlic, herbs and butter…what’s not to love?
- Broccoli Salad — This pairs really well with this steak.
Friday
- Main Dish: Mozzarella Chicken Skillet — This is an all time family favorite! Bonus – one skillet means easy cleanup. 😉
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread — Family favorite!
- Italian House Salad — Keep it easy and traditional with this salad.
- Dessert — Pecan Pie Bars —The shortbread crust is so good! I love making these, especially in the cooler months. They’re just such a comforting dessert.
Appetizer
- Sundried Tomato Turkey Wraps — These are perfect as an appetizer, but they’re also great as a lunch.
