Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Caesar Chicken Bake– This recipe is so simple and so dang tasty! My kids even love it as much as the grown ups do!
- Side Dish:
- House Salad– you can also go with more caesar dressing or this delicious balsamic vinaigrette!
- Italian Tortellini– the cold pasta salad makes a great compliment to the meal and also extras pack well for lunches throughout the week.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Sizzling Steak Fajitas– You can make fajitas that are just like the restaurant- sizzle and all, and the cook in less than 10 minutes! This does not feel like busy weeknight food!
- Side Dish:
- Cheesy Ranch Beans– this recipe works as a dip or a side and really makes refried beans extra delicious
- Mexican Rice
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Italian Sausage and Peppers– You can serve this on hoagie rolls, or keep it light and just eat it in a bowl! I usually do a little of both with rolls or garlic bread for the kids and spinach for me (talk about adulting ha!) Save the leftovers for a fun Friday dinner.
- Side Dish:
- Best Garlic Bread– We love this easy recipe
- Sautéed Spinach– Super quick, easy, and yummy
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Creamy Tomato Soup– Made in your slow cooker, this soup is my favorite fall meal! We fight over the leftovers of this in our house.
- Side Dish:
- Grilled Cheese
- Veggies and ranch – add some extra veggies and your favorite dipper- we love homemade ranch dressing
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Italian Sausage Pizza – Pizza night is one of our go-to’s on Friday. I love using leftovers to make it easy. Buy a store bought crust then chop up the sausage and peppers from Wednesday and spread over the crust with the sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top and add crushed red pepper flakes if you like spice. Bake as directed on the crust.
- Side:
- Antipasto Salad– This hearty salad is filled with meats, cheeses, peppers, olives and all the good stuff!
- Side:
- Dessert – Caramel Snickerdoodles– These are the ULTIMATE fall cookie! They have the warm flavor of cinnamon and the irresistible gooey caramel middle!
APPETIZER
- Marinated Mozzarella Balls – This is a fun appetizer that can be prepared solo or part of a cheese board. It always gets the most compliments of anything when I make it and is insanely simple!!
