Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: Baked Meatballs Parmesan– This recipe is new this week and people are going NUTS over it already. Easy and delicious! Save the leftovers for later this week!
- Side Dish:
- Pasta or Zoodles
- Steamed broccoli
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: One Pan Chicken Fajitas– One of my most loved recipes of all time. These are so simple and a go-to for when we need an easy tex-mex meal!
- Side Dish:
- Tortillas
- Salsa, Guac & Sour cream
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Alice Springs Chicken– If you love this at the Outback, then you are going to go nuts over this easy one dish home version!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes– This is our go-to recipe!
- Sautéed Spinach– make white or brown
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Meatball Subs- Take those leftover meatballs and make them into sandwiches for a quick and easy crowd pleaser. Just pile them onto a sub roll, top with cheese, and toast to perfection!
- Side Dish:
- Side Salad- Top it off with some homemade Red Wine Vinaigrette. Too easy!
- Chips
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Baked Potatoes– Yo can let everyone load up their baked potato just how they like it! Use buffalo chicken from a crock pot or buy a rotisserie chicken at the store to make Friday easy!
- Side:
- Carrots & Celery with Ranch dip– Use these, or pick your favorite veggies to dip!
- Black Beans
- Dessert – White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies– this treat is super soft, flavorfully loaded with nuts and chocolate and absolutely delicious!
