Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta – This recipe is getting RAVE reviews from readers and friends!
- Side Dish:
- Side Salad
- Garlic Bread
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Big Mac Skillet– One of my husband’s favorites! This is the perfect quick and easy one skillet meal!
- Side Dish:
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Italian Turkey Meatballs – These are great over pasta or zucchini noodles. Make sure and save the leftovers for a SUPER DELICIOUS dinner on Friday that is so easy to use.
- Side Dish:
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: One Dish Cowboy Chicken– This is a one dish wonder, packed with protein and veggies! You can even prep it in the morning and put it in the oven when you get home.
- Side Dish:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Easy Meatball Subs- Use the leftovers from Wednesday to make Friday EASY!
- Split 6 inch sub rolls, and put butter, salt and garlic powder. Broil the rolls until the butter is melted and the edged are golden brown.
- Place the meatballs on the sub roll (usually 3-4). Spoon your favorite marinara over the top to cover the meatballs. Then sprinkle mozzarella over the top.
- Place the subs back on the cookie sheet, and bake at 375˚F for 15-25 minutes or until the meatballs are heated through and the cheese is melted.
- Side Dish:
Dessert
- Lemon Cookies– These are light and absolutely DELICIOUS!!

- Layered Greek Dip– One of my personal favorites! This easy dip requires no cooking and creates delicious magic when all the layers come together.
