Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Grilled Chicken and Mango Avocado Salsa– One of our late summer favorites! The sweet salsa makes the chicken unbelievably flavorful and delicious!
  • Side Dish:
    • Cilantro Lime Rice .
    • Sautéed Green Beans– Quick, easy and perfect!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Healthy Chicken Burrito Bowls– Make this for a quick one pan dinner the whole family will love!
  • Side Dish:
    • Tableside guacamole – Top it with this guacamole, made just like they do at the restaurant (don’t worry! It is easy and takes only minutes!)

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: One Pan Shrimp Pasta–  Try this simple dinner from one one of my best friends! She lives on the water, so you know she knows good seafood!
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Bread– the secret to this recipe is in the spread!!
    • Baked Asparagus– The classic way. Simple and delicious!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Cheesy Lasagna Skillet  – Like the classic but faster and easier! This dish gives you all the flavor of a lasagna, but made in a skillet without the pasta so you can serve it over pasta (I do this for my kids) and for me I serve over veggies to keep it light.
    • Pasta– Use whatever you have on hand!
    • Roasted Vegetables– make these for an easy side!

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: Chicken Quesadillas– Make this with the leftovers from Tuesday. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Butter one side of a tortilla and lay it in the skillet. Fill one side with shredded cheese and the chicken and cauliflower rice mixture. Then fold it over and cook on each side until golden brown.
    • Side:
      • Chips + Salsa – Use my 5 minute homemade salsa for a special treat!
      • Black beans– Easy and delicious.
  • Dessert – Soft Sugar Cookies- My kids go nuts over these! And if you want an extra special treat, add some buttercream frosting!

APPETIZER

  • Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups- These make a great appetizer, a perfect lunch, and are packable if you are on the go!
