Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Crock Pot Pineapple Chicken– This is an easy dinner favorite! I like to serve it as bowls on a bed of rice, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots with a drizzle of spicy asian sauce and extra teriyaki.
- Side Dish:
- Spicy Asian Sauce
- Jasmine Rice
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Salsa Fresca Chicken– With only one dish and a few ingredients, this Mexican inspired dinner always leaves clean plates!
- Side Dish:
- Black Beans
- Tortillas
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Philly Cheesesteak Casserole– Super quick and easy! This recipe can be piled high on crusty rolls, or served low carb on a bed of shredded lettuce or cauli rice. Save the leftovers for a meal on Friday!
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Veggies– This recipe is super simple and bakes to perfection! I can’t tell you how good this side dish is!
- Smashed potatoes– or if you are feeling lazy, just do potato chips!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Slow Cooker Baked Potato Soup– This is one of the MOST POPULAR recipes on my site! It is rich, creamy, and has all of your favorite loaded baked potato flavors!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – Best ever recipe!!
- Strawberry Spinach Salad – one of my favorite little restaurants from where I grew up used to serve this salad with soup. I have loved it ever since!
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Philly Cheesesteak Pizza– Use leftovers from Wednesday. Take a prepared pizza crust and brush with a light layer of olive oil and garlic. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, then dollop spoonfuls of the Philly Cheesesteak Casserole over the top. Add additional veggies if desired. Cook per pizza crust instructions (usually 425˚F for about 12-18 minutes.)
- Side:
- Side salad with ranch dressing
- Side:
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Swirl Bars– This one pan recipe is so easy to make and really delicious!! Make sure to make 2 pans if you have teens around!
