Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: Honey BBQ Meatballs– These are super easy (with ingredients you can count on one hand,) and have alllll the right flavors for a family friendly meal.
  • Side Dish:
    • Rice
    • Broccoli Salad– Making it homemade is surprisingly easy, and even more surprisingly crazy delicious!!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Baked Chicken Fajitas– It doesn’t get any easier than this! All of your favorite fajita flavors are packed into just one dish!
  • Side Dish:
    • Black Beans
    • Mexican Cauliflower Rice- This is pretty yummy for some “super healthy” stuff. If you don’t want to use cauliflower, you can make regular Mexican, or white, rice. You can also mix half and half for kids!

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Cajun Chicken Pasta– This recipe always gets RAVE reviews!  It is easy enough for a week night or fancy enough for guests!
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Bread – This recipe makes THE BEST garlic bread EVER!!
    • Sautéed Spinach– You can either make this on the side for a little extra green, or mix it right into the pasta.

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: BBQ Meatball Pizza- This uses leftovers from Monday! Get a premade (or make it from scratch) pizza dough, spread it on a pan. Spread it with your favorite BBQ sauce then chop up the remain meatballs and sprinkle them over the pizza.  Top with colby jack cheese and thinly sliced red onions, and bake as directed.
  • Side Dish:
    •  Side Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette– This is the simplest side to pair with the meal and the flavor complement extremely well.

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: Chicken & Chorizo Sheet Pan Dinner– This one dish wonder has a little of everything for a filling and complete dinner on just one cookei sheet, and is perfect for a lazy Friday night.
    • Dessert – Soft& Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies– Readers regularly tell me this this the best Peanut Butter Cookie they have ever had! Let me know what you think too!
